Florence, SC – Steven R. Mims, 60, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.
A graveside service will be Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Byrd Cemetery in Timmonsville. The family will speak to those attending after service. Social distancing will be observed.
Steven was born in Florence County, the son of Voncille Jeffords Bailey and the late John Ray Mims. He worked with Carolina Insulation as a Field Superintendent.
Surviving are his mother; his wife, Cheryl Isgett Mims; brother, John Michael Mims; sister, Sharon Bumgarner; niece, Harley Moody and many cousins.
