Obituary

Lynchburg, SC – Kathleen Wilson Washburn, 86, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

A graveside service will be Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Tabernacle Cemetery in Lynchburg, SC.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Kathleen was born in Sumter County, the daughter of the late Corbet T. Wilson and Mae Sansbury Wilson.  She was a member of Lenora Chapter of Eastern Star #30, formerly Benton Lodge in Timmonsville.  Kathleen was a member of Lynchburg Baptist Church.

She was first married to the late Kent D. Tyler, Sr. and then to the late Ralph Washburn.

Surviving are her children; Kent (Anne) Tyler, Jr. and daughter, Anita T. Watford; sister, Mary Barwick and three grandchildren; Tyler Watford, Alex Watford and Marianne T. (Chris) Crawshaw.
