Daniel Davis, Jr. Obituary

Darlington, SC – Daniel Inman Davis, Jr., 67, passed away on Sunday May 10, 2020.

A private graveside service will be Wednesday May 13, 2020 at Florence Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Davis was born in Marion County, the son of the late Daniel I. Sr. and Mary Jane Chichester Davis. He worked at La-Z Boy Mfg. until he started his own business. Danny was the owner of Davis Sign Company and he worked as a Sub-contractor for Horton Homes. Danny was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Schweikart Davis; two sons, Daniel I. (Crystal) Davis, III, Jeffery B. (Mandy) Davis; daughter, Lisa Davis-Turner; brothers, Preston Davis, Eddie Davis; sister, Anna Mae Rae and his seven (7) grandchildren, Courtney Turner, Daniel I. Davis IV, Dylan Davis, Mandelyn Davis, Lauren Davis, Myles Davis and Matthew Davis. He is preceded in death by a sister, Cornelia Martin.
