Timmonsville- Winnie Louise Tedder, 98, died in a local nursing facility on July 1, 2015.

Funeral services will be Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethany Cemetery near Timmonsville. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

Winnie was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Jim and Vermelle Lee Tedder. She was a member of Florence First Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was retired as a seamstress at Wentworth Mfg. Company. She enjoyed her church, gardening and crocheting.

Surviving are two daughters, Judy (Jerry) Pierce, Gail Court all of Timmonsville; Seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by a son, Billy Wayne Hyman.
