William "Bill" "Joe" Houghtaling, 55, passed away on Dec. 23, 2024 after a brief illness.

Services for William will be announced at a later time.

Mr. Houghtaling was born in Norwich, New York, the son of the late William George and Mary Sands Houghtaling.  He was a Mechanic and worked at Sparrow and Kennedy Tractor Company.

Surviving are his wife of Timmonsville, Jennifer Vigus Houghtaling; daughters, Roxanne J. Houghtaling, Deanna M. Houghtaling, Jessica L. Houghtaling; brother, Rory L. (Lizzie) Houghtaling; sisters, Tammi (Steven) Watson, Kim (George) Graw, Rebecca (Robert) Hughes; grandchildren, Cameron, T.J., Will, Levi, Mason, Charlotte and Thomas; several nieces, nephews and cousins; mother and father-in-law, Eugene and Vickie Vigus; brother and sister-in-law Patrick and Jessica Vigus, Leslie and Christopher Rood, Stephanie and Aaron Bowers;  his special friends, Jessica and Daniel Dixon, Ray and Dianna Schray, Brett Shepler, Michael and Nicole Morris.
