Willaree Hancock Mixon, 89, died at her residence on July 8, 2016.

A graveside service will be Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at Byrd Cemetery, Timmonsville. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mixon was born in Florence County, the daughter of Fate Cleveland and Vannie Kirby Hancock.

She was a member of Timmonsville Southern Methodist Church.

Surviving are; a granddaughter, Sharon Anderson, Timmonsville; five great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Donald Mixon and a daughter,Cheryl Windham. You are invited to sign the guestbook at www.laytonandersonfh.com
