Florence, SC – Wendy Marshall Smith, 49, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 7, 2021.

A memorial service will be Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Wendy was born in Florence County, the daughter of Nola Parnell Marshall and the late Jack Marshall.  She enjoyed quilting with her mother-in-law, Bonnie DooLittle.   Wendy had a Christmas project called the Christmas Cookie Party Bake that she looked forward to each year.

Surviving are her husband of 27 years, Troy Smith; son, Dylan Smith; two brothers, Eddie (Tabitha) Marshall, Todd (Amanda) Marshall; niece, Zoey Marshall and nephews, Bradley (Samantha) Marshall,  Luke Marshall, Zeb Marshall and Blake Brackett.
