Florence, SC – Wilber F. Spigner, 84, passed away on March 9, 2019.

Tuesday, March 12, 2019, the family will have a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  A private entombment will follow the service.

"Sonny" was born in Lexington County, SC, the son of the late Wilber F. and Mildred Sightler Spigner.  He served in the Air National Guard.   He and his wife owned several businesses in the Charleston area before retiring.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Mary Gibbs Spigner; daughter, Cheryl Langston; brother,Richard (Barbara) Spigner; sister, Doris (James) Kaminer; two granddaughters, Tara (Landon) Watford, Jhesika Menes and a number of nieces and nephews.
