Florence - Willard Benny "W.B" Oliver, Sr. 74, died February 4, 2017 in a local hospital after a brief illness.

A funeral services will be Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. ar Northwood Worship Center, 1100 E. McIver Rd, Darlington. The family will have a time of visitation after the service at the church.

Mr. Oliver was born in Florence County, the son of the late Furman Ledell and Cordellia Miles Oliver. He was self- employed in sales and service of pools and products. W.B. was member of Northwood Worship Center. He served his country in the US Navy. Surviving are his wife, Amanda Green Oliver, Florence; a son, Willard B. Jr (Kathy) Oliver, Longs, SC; three daughters, Terri (Kirk) Nixon, Vicky Blankenship all of Florence, Shari (Stuart) Oliver-Watkins, Parker, Colorado; three brothers, Furman (Iris) Oliver, Beaufort, Joe Oliver, Timmonsville, David (Gail) Oliver, Florence; fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
