Effingham - Tara Parker Coogler,40,died after a brief illness Saturday, April 16, 2016.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Tara was born in Florence SC, the daughter of the late Jessie C and Mildred Hampton Parker.

Surviving are two sisters, Debra (Joey) Hines, Jessica Glass and several nieces and nephews.She also survived by a daughter, Carley. She is preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Morris, Jr.
