Sylvia Skinner, 71, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Mt Hope Cemetery, Florence, SC.  The family will have a time of visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. before the service at the church.

Born and raised in College Park, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Nira Laramore Glosson.  She worked in the Public Education system until she retired.  Sylvia was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Kenneth Skinner; daughter, Rhonda (Michael)Morris-Johnson; sister, Debbie (Robert) Pugh and her loving grandchildren, Emma Morris, Ella Morris and Molly Morris
