Timmonsville, SC- Sylvia DuBose Oliver, 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.  The family will have a time of visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. before the service at the church.

Sylvia was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late S.L. and Lillian Ham DuBose.  Bethany Free Will Baptist Church was the church she had been a member of for more than forty years.  She was employed with the Florence County Library before retiring.

Sylvia was married to the late William Everett Oliver.

Surviving are two sons, Mark (Sherry) Oliver, Michael (Lola) Oliver; three sisters, Sandra (Bill) Bailey, Pam (Lenny) Bass, Rose Howard.  She is preceded in death by a sister, Janice Pigate.
