Hartsville, SC. – Shirley Howell Munn,72, died at her residence on May 8, 2017.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the National Cemetery in Florence. The family will speak to visitors from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. before the service at the Funeral Home.

Shirley was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Charles J., Sr. and Ethel Blackmon Howell. She was a member of Community Free Will Baptist Church. Shirley worked as a customer service representative for a food vendor.

She was married to the late Wallace Munn.

Surviving are; her daughter and son-in-law Tammie and Todd Jackson, Hartsville; a brother, Charles J. (JoAnn) Howell, Jr, Florence; two granddaughters, Hunter Elizabeth Jackson and Abigail Claire Jackson.
