Florence, SC – Sherrol Freeman Cox, 74, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 after a brief illness.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later time.

Ms. Cox was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Alvin and Mary Eloise Powell Freeman.  She attended College Park Baptist Church.

Sherrol was married to the late Charles W. Cox, Jr.

Surviving are a daughter, Traci Smith and her husband, Davis; sister, Judy Alexander; six grandchildren, Mayson, Nicholas, Carleigh, Ryan, Jillian and Bridgette.
