Sheila Mack Hayes, 75, passed away on Monday morning, July 22, 2024.

The family will have a time of visitation Thursday evening from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home, Florence, SC.

Born in Dillon, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Virginia Cox Mack.  Sheila retired from Wellman Industries, Darlington plant as a clerical secretary. She was a member of Elim Baptist Church.

She was married to the late Wallace Hayes.

Surviving are her daughters, Susan (Jeremy) Bryson of Marion, SC and Tiffany (James) McDaniel of Johnsonville, SC; two brothers, James Edwin (Donna) Mack, Raymond S. (Fran) Mack,II; five grandchildren, Jriston (Ashlee) Bryson and Briley Bryson both of Marion, SC, Chris (Brittney) Powell, Amber (Jeremy) Miles, Andrew Powell, all of Johnsonville, SC; great-grandchildren, Hunter Miller, Bailee Powell, Gracelynn and Jamison Miles, and Grainger Brown.
