Sadie D. Matuse , 83, of Timmonsville, SC, formerly of Orange Springs, Fl, passed away on June 16, 2019.

Mrs. Matuse was born in Sneads, FL, the daughter of the late Stella Cochran and Albert Neel.

She was a member of Ft. McCoy Church of God (Ft. McCoy, FL) and recently attended Oates Baptist Church (Lamar, SC).  She worked for many years in private nursing before retiring.

Besides spending time with her family, she enjoyed going to church, fishing, and traveling.

She was married to the late Louie C.  Matuse.

Surviving are four daughters, Rita (Terry) Hughes, Charlene (Richie) Conner, Marlene (Steve) Moody, Linda Highsmith; three sons, Ricky Davis, Leo (Cheryl) Davis, and Jimmy Matuse; three brothers, Marion, Johnnie, and Hubert Neel and many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by a son, Buddy Matuse, two brothers, Edward and Buddy Neel and a sister, Margie Nell Neel.

Funeral services will be announced by Masters Funeral Home in Interlachen, Florida.

A memorial service will be held at a later time at Oates Baptist Church, Lamar, SC
