Florence, SC – Robert D Cook, 65 passed away on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023 in a local Hospital.

Visitation services will be Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.

Mr. Cook was born in Florence County, the son of the late LeRoy and Frances Gaskins Cook.  He was a residential construction worker before retiring.

Surviving are his wife, Wanda Stephens Cook; brothers, Roy (Mary) Cook, Roger Cook, Jerry Cook, Frankie Cook; sisters, Jeanette Lewellyn, Barbara C. (Tex) Driggers; step-daughter, Brittany Hardee, a grandchild, Carter, and a number of nieces and nephews.
