Timmonsville, SC -  Robbie Ellie Pigate, 81, passed away on Oct. 15, 2019.

Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Pigate was born in Florence County, the son of the late Hoyt and Leolun Vause Pigate.  Robbie was a farmer of agricultural products for all of his life.

Surviving are his daughter Robin and her husband Randy Cranford; a brother,Joseph (Priscilla) Pigate; sisters, Lynette Baker, Gladys Lee, Bobby Lamb; granddaughter, Scarlett Cranford;  sister-in-law, Dianne Pigate; seven nieces and six nephews.  He is preceded in death by a brother, Randy Pigate; sister, Willie Lee Johnson and her husband, Cecil Johnson, brothers-in-law, Gene Baker, David Lee, W.B. Lamb and two nieces.
