Obituary

Florence, SC – Richard "Spider" Wininger, 59, husband of 28 years to Peggie Bryan Wininger died on Oct. 20, 2022 in Orlando, Florida while representing Black Jack-Harley Davidson in Florence, SC.

Richard was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming to F. Glee and Clifford (Jack) Wininger, Sr.  He was the 7th and last of their children. Richard graduated from East High School in 1981, where he was in ROTC and played Football.  He continued his education by graduating from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida in 1991.  "Spider" loved his family, his country, his native American heritage and history, he wasn't here long enough.  He has made an emptiness in many hearts.  Remember him with SMILES, LAUGHTER, GREAT CUISINE and good BOURBON whenever you hear the thunder roll.

He is survived by his wife Peggie, brothers, Clifford (Jack), Jr. William (Bill); sisters, Iris Kay Brown, Susan Hermann and Vickie Albert.  He also leaves his canine companions.   Peggie, Harley Davidsons and Dachshunds filled his heart.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Visit Black Jack Harley Davidson Facebook page for Announcement.
