Randy Cooper

Florence, SC – James Randal Cooper, 59, died suddenly on Sept. 27, 2018.

A funeral service will be Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those attending after the service until 6:30.

Randy was born in Florence County, the son of Alice Clarke Cooper and the late Wilbur Cooper.  He was a graduate of West Florence High School.  Randy was a transport driver for  an area Medical Transport Service.  He loved all things related to the beach and  lived  there for twenty-five years.

Survivors are his mother of Florence; two sisters, Cyndy (Danny) Rivers, Cheryl (Ron) McGill; his niece, Alex McGill, and nephews, Duncan McGill and Daniel Rivers.
