Timmonsville, SC - Priscilla "Dee" Munn Elmore, 70, entered into eternal rest after a brief illness.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Nov.24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Byrd Cemetery, Timmonsville, SC. The family will have a time of visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
She was the oldest daughter of the late Richard Edward and Martha Emogene Atkinson Munn.
A loving wife, devoted mother, doting grandmother and great-grandmother, she found her greatest pride and joy in her family. A nurse, she loved the many patients she had the pleasure of caring for before joining the Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Florence. She recently retired with 32 years of service.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, William Steward Elmore; two sons, Steward Edward "Eddie" (Pamela) Elmore, Timmonsville, SC, and William Bradley "Brad" (Alicia) Elmore, Lamar, SC; grandchildren, Austin (Caitland) Elmore, Johnsonville, SC, Gracee Elmore and Stacee Elmore, Timmonsville, SC, Hunter (Hannah) Elmore, Timmonsville, SC, Angel Brianna Elmore, Lake City, SC, Noah Freeman and Christopher Larymore, Lamar, SC, and great-grandchildren, Lila Jane Elmore and James Edward Elmore. She is also survived by her sister, ElizaBeth Munn (Mal) Weatherly of Timmonsville, SC. She also leaves behind her faithful four-legged friend, Millie Sue.
She was also predeceased by a brother, Richard Edward "Ricky" Munn, Jr., also of Timmonsville, SC.
