Patricia A. "Patsy" Bailey 82, passed away June 30, 2024 in a local hospice facility.

Memorial services will be Friday, July 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Patsy was born in Florence,  the daughter of the late Murdock and Corine Marsh Rotan.

She attended Palmetto Street Church of God.   She worked in the hospital system as a Food Server for 40 years.

She is survived by a sister, Barbara "Bobbi" Branton; sister-in-law, Nellie Rotan and several nephews that she called her boys.  She is preceded in death by brothers, Earl L. Rotan, Jimmy L. Rotan, Michael Rotan, Tyrone "Buck" Rotan.
