Nancy Floyd Miles, 65, completed this journey called life on her birthday, Dec 28, 2023.

A Memorial service will be Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023 beginning at 2:30 in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will receive family and friends from 1:30 to 2:30  before the service.

Nancy was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Sollie and Theadus Floyd.  She was an Assistant Bookkeeper for a local Auto Dealership.  She attended Florence-Darlington Tec and received an Associate degree.

Surviving are her son, John Floyd Miles; two brothers, Michael Floyd, Robbie Floyd; two sisters, Amanda Floyd (Roger) Atkinson, Joanna Floyd (Julian) Turbeville and her life long friend that she loved like a "Sister", Lisa Miles  Welch.  Also surviving are her step-mothers, Fannie Touchberry and Mary Y. Floyd Spring.
