Florence, SC – Michael "Todd" Meeker, 49, passed away Sept. 19, 2020.

A visitation will be Tuesday Sept. 22, 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday, Sept, 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Chapel, Moundsville, W.VA.  Social distancing will be observed, you are asked to wear a mask.

Mr. Meeker was born in Glendale, West Virginia, the son of Alcinda Lightner Bellville and the late Michael  J. Meeker.  He was a Sales Representative for Sherwin Williams.

Surviving are his mother, Cindy Bellville of Florence, SC; sister, Marci (Don) Meeker; niece and nephew, Logan Meeker and Ali Meeker; maternal grandmother, Mae Richardson.  He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Joann Meeker, and maternal grandfather, Jack Lightner and his step-father, Steve Bellville.
