Timmonsville, SC – Mary Alice "Sis" Plummer Norris, 95 passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Lake Swamp Baptist Church.  The family will have a time of visitation beginning at 12:00 noon before the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery

"Sis" as she was known, was born in Lamar, SC, the daughter of the late Toland P. Plummer and Nellie Bass Plummer.   She was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church.  "Sis" worked with the Senior Citizen Employment Service in Public Relations until retiring.   She was a member of the Senior Circle at Carolinas Hospital and the JOY Club of Lake Swamp Baptist Church.

She was first married to the late Jim Norris and then to the late Ray Severance.

Surviving are a son, James A. "Jim" (Linda) Norris; daughter, Terry Herndon; grandchildren, Robbie Herndon, Aubrey Totten, Stacie Rackley;  five great-grandchildren, Tanya Watkins, Nathan Perkins, Chelsea, Braedon and Taylor Rackley.
