Florence, SC – Margie "Denise" Newsome, 49, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

A graveside service will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery.  Social distancing is being observed, you are asked to wear a mask.  You may come by the funeral home on Friday from 4:30 to 5:30.

Denise was born in Florence, the daughter of Debra Shia Pierce and the late Marshall K. Dorrell.

Surviving are her mother and step-father, Ronnie Pierce; two sons, Joshua Dorrell, Alan Michael Stevens; daughters, Christina (Brian) Newsome and Emilee Dorrell; brothers, Kirby Dorrell, A.J. Pierce; sisters, Robyn (Robert) Guffey, Casey (Alex) Lewis, a grandchild, Madden Newsome and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to "Thank" Agape Hospice for care and support during this time.
