Florence, SC – Mable Miles Powell, 81, passed away on Saturday, Nov.16, 2019.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, Nov.19, 2019 at  2:00 p.m. at  Hicks Cemetery in Coward. The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mrs. Powell was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late John and Ellen Sims Miles.  She was a member of the Pamplico Church of God.

Mable was married to the late Murphy Powell.

Surviving are a son, Donnie  "Pete" (Missy) Powell; two sisters, Mary Lou Lawhon and Elma Lyerly; two brothers, Johnny Miles and Adam Miles; three grandchildren, Tony (Veniece) Powell, Christopher (Tabatha Berry) Powell and  Cody(Lauren) Stanton; a special niece, Mary Harrell, and a friend and daughter-in-law, Laura Powell Joye. She is preceded in death by her daughters, Brenda Powell and Connie Stanton and her son, Johnny Powell.
