Gable, SC – Mable Mixon Meserve, 80, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018.

Funeral services will be Friday, Jan 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Swamp Baptist Church, Timmonsville, SC. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. before the service at the church.

Born in Darlington County, SC, Mable was the daughter of the late LePelle and Blanche Gardner Mixon. She was a member at Lake Swamp Baptist Church. Before retiring, she was the supervisor of bookkeeping with Carolina Bank and Trust Company. She was a former Data Processor with Federal-Mogul Corp.

Surviving are her husband of 30 years, Jerry J. Meserve; a son, David (Tamra) Meserve;a daughter,Melinda(Tony)Hensley;a number of nieces and nephews and her special little buddy "Rascal".She is preceded in death by a son, Patrick Meserve and four sisters,Mary Ruth Blackwell,Edna Mae Smith,Lillie Plummer and Billie Jane Childers.
