Lamar, SC – Lester M. Floyd, 81, passed away on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at New Piney Grove Cemetery, Lake City, SC.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mr. Floyd was born in Williamsburg County, the son of the late Steven and Annie Wheeler Floyd.  He was a Roof Installer before retiring.

He was married to the late Fenette Floyd.

Surviving are sons, Phillip (Lori) Miles, Michael (Deborah) Miles; daughters, Mary (Roy) Cook and Virginia Branham; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Also, a special friend, Virgie Lee Corbett.
