Timmonsville, SC – Lennis Ann Alford, 54, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018.

A memorial service will be Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  There will be a time of visitation after the service.

Lennis was born in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of Franklin Delano and Darlene Kern Jones.

She was a certified Medical Assistant and Pharmacy Tech.  She was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church of Timmonsville.

Surviving are her husband of 18 years, Franklin W. Alford, Jr; son, Joshua David Griggs; daughter, Jessica Ann Griggs and her grandchildren, Leah Raynor, Christian Griggs, Kia Griggs and her step-father, John Mixon.  She is preceded in death by a brother, Frankie D. Jones and grandchild, Lacy Raynor.
