Timmonsville, SC – Larry Douglas Young, 77, passed away on Wednesday morning Nov. 3, 2021.

Graveside services will be Friday, Nov. 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church cemetery.  The family will speak to those attending after the service at the cemetery.

Larry was born in Florence County, the son of the late Lloyd and Capella McGee Young. He farmed in the rural community of Florence County.  Larry was a member of Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church.  He served in the National Guard.

He was married to the love of his life for more than 20 years, Bessie Lynch Young.

Surviving are a brother, Carroll (Karen) Young.
