Florence, S.C.- Kristina Staves Everett, 46, passed away July 29, 2017 in a Florence Hospital. Services will be Friday, August 4, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the service from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Byrd Cemetery in Timmonsville.

Born in Fontana, California, Tina was the daughter of William H., Sr. and Frankie Jean Smoak Staves. She attended Christian Assembly Church. Tina worked for a local Nursing Home and was an LPN.

Surviving are her parents of Florence; husband, Rakeem Everett, Florence; son, Justin Staves, Florence; brother, William (Carol) Staves, Jr., Wetumpka, AL, and grandchildren Christa Renee Parker and Cole Kellar. She is preceded in death by a son, Timothy Leon Dixon, Jr.
