Florence, SC – Kevin Blake Truax, 48, passed away on Friday, Oct. 9, 2020.

Funeral services will be Monday, Oct. 12, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Lake Swamp Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will have a time of visitation from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020 at the church.  Social distancing will be observed, please wear a mask.

Mr. Truax was born in Rockingham, North Carolina, the son of Leon Douglas Truax and Sandra Jackson Truax.  He was a Retail Sales Manager for a Rental Store in Florence. He was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife of 17 years, Susan Taylor Truax; a son, Connor Truax; brothers, Spencer (Nikki) Truax, Chad (Bobby Jo) Truax, several nieces and nephews; his mother, Sandra J. Truax and his father, Doug and his wife, Judy Truax; mother-in-law,  Wanda Taylor; uncle, Dexter Truax and his wife Joni.
