Timmonsville, SC- Julie Weatherly Weaver Turner, 71, passed away suddenly on Monday Oct 9, 2017.

A funeral service will be Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017 at 3:30 pm at Lake Swamp Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home Wednesday evening.

Julie was born Florence County, the daughter of the late Wib L. and Julia McKay Weatherly. She was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church. Julie was a retired Office Manager with State Farm Insurance Company.

Surviving are two sons, Robert (Bekki) Weaver, Randy (Cindy) Weaver all of Timmonsville; Brothers, Wib "Bibo" (Linda) Weatherly, Liston (Cindy) Weatherly all of Timmonsville, Gregg (Judy) Weatherly, Travelers Rest, SC; sisters, Barbie (John) Gregory, Oak Ridge, TN, Ginny (Tim) Edwards, Hartsville and her grandchildren, Aaron Weaver, Brittany Weaver, Bruce Lynch, Abigail Weaver, Sarah Weaver, Brooklynn Horner and Haley Horner and her special friend, Rob Wetmore from Greenville.

Memorials may be made in memory of Leslie Duke to,Leslie's Hope, nonprofit for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention, C/O Ginny Edwards, 410 N. Timberlake Lane, Hartsville, SC 29550.
