Florence, SC - Joyce Parks Wilson – 75, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.

The family will have a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. before the service at the Funeral Home.

Joyce was born in Gastonia, NC, the daughter of the late Clarence and Lucille Warren Parks. She enjoyed gardening, she loved her husband, daughters, grandchildren and her great-grandchild, Joyce was also caregiver to her feline companions.

Surviving are her husband, Gary Wilson; daughters, Barbara Wilson and Fiance' David Asby, Norfolk, VA,  Christine Wilson, Virginia Beach, VA Cynthia (Jeff) Moore Kill Devil Hills, NC; brother, Glenn Parks; grandchildren, Austin (Brooke) Johnson, Connor Gross, and great-grandson, Kellon Johnson, and several nieces and nephews.
