Joseph A. Knight Wilson, NC – Joseph Allen Knight, 86, died in Wilson, NC on Saturday, Jan.  10, 2014.   Mr. Knight was born in Florence County, SC the son of the late Herman B and Gladys Allen Knight.  After high school he graduated for Florence-Darlington Tech., Joe went to work with Sonoco Products of Hartsville.  He worked as a machinist until he retired.   Surviving are his wife of High Point, NC, Louise Knight; a son, Dan Knight; two  daughters,  Barbara Stansky, Martha McConnell; three brothers, Ronald Knight, Marion Knight, Mickey Knight and a sister Sylvia Bryant and his grandchildren and step grandchildren.   The family will have a private memorial service at a later time.
