Florence, SC – Dr. John Robert Clark, Sr.70, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019.

A graveside service with military honors will be Monday, Dec. 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the National Cemetery in Florence.

Dr. Clark was born in Connecticut, the son of the late Robert Harmon and Bernadine Walsh.  He held a Doctorate degree in Denistry.  His dental practice was in Florence for many years.   John served his country in the US Navy.

Surviving are his wife of 26 years, Janet Church Clark; son, John (Lori) Clark, Jr; daughter, Shelly (Ron) Smith; brother, Donnie Clark; two sisters, Bernadine Clark (Alford) Schultz, Melinda Harmon (Kirk) Schmidt ; five grandchildren, Emma Grace, Gabrielle Clark, John R. Clark, III, Hanna Smith, George Smith.
