Timmonsville, SC – Harry Lee "Jimmy" Conyers, 84, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. A time of visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Conyers was born in Florence County, the son of the late Willie Lawson and Ila Mae Oliver Conyers. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator .

He was married to the late Doris Britt Conyers.

Surviving are his daughter,Terrie (Durwin) Bass; a son, Craig Conyers;two brothers, Gerald (Carolyn) Conyers, Glenn Conyers; five sisters, Lois Skinner, Lorine (Henry) Smith, Nancy (E.J.) Parnell, Ann (Owen) Wilkes, Glenda (Linwood) Epps; five grandchildren,D.J. and Chad Bass,Victoria and Craig Conyers, Jr.,Courtney Conyers and nine great- grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Sellers, and his grandchild, Cheryl Lynn Conyers.
