Lamar, SC – Jewell Andrews Joye Sparks, 82, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Swamp Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation following the service in the church.

Jewell was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Maggie Randolph Andrews. She was a member of Lake Swamp Baptist Church. Before retiring, she worked at GE as an Installation Technician.

Surviving are three sons, Eddie (Faye) Joye, Jr, Barry S. Joye, Scottie Joye; a daughter, Charlene Joye; three sisters,Barbara (Jay) Anderson,Julia Reynolds,Frances (Bo) Lloyd; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Lake Swamp Baptist Church Bldg. Fund, 6558 Oates Hwy,Timmonsville, SC 29161.
