Florence, SC – Jerry Wayne Phillips, 60, passed away on Saturday evening May 22, 2021 surrounded by his family.

A memorial service will be Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at 4401 Miles Road, Florence, SC.

Mr. Phillips was born in Cherokee County, SC, the son of the late Willard and Madgie Sue Mullinax Phillips.  He worked with a Bridge Building Company as a construction worker.

Surviving are; his wife, Ellen Williamson Phillips; step-children, Lloyd (Heather) Williamson; April Nicole (Frisco) Kilgore, Nina Faye (Tommy) Jordan; sister, Elizabeth Blackwell and seven grandchildren; his long time best friend, Bobby Joe DeYoung; his mother-in-law, Ila Mae Williamson.  He is preceded in death by a sister, Julie P. Lovelace.
