Timmonsville, SC – Jeanette L. Friar, 85, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderrson Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Friends can visit at the funeral home on Monday until 12:00 noon.

Jeanette was born in Darlington County, the daughter of the late Grady Henry Jordan and Mattie Louise Windham Jordan. Jeanette and her late husband Jack were the owners of the Burger Ranch Restaurant in Timmonsville for many years.  She was more recently a Sales Co-ordinator for Avon. She was a member of Florence Baptist Temple.

Surviving are three sons, Mike Friar, Bobby (Gina) Friar and Ken (Patti) Friar; a brother, Grady Henry Jordan; her nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
