Florence, SC – Janice Grant Lynch Carter, 71, passed away Monday July 27, 2020.

A graveside service will be Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Unity Christian Fellowship Cemetery,Timmonsville, SC.  There will be a drop in- visitation from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Social distancing will be observed.

Janice was born in Florence, SC, the daughter of the late Luther Benson, Jr and Edna Polk Grant.

Surviving are her husband of 36 years, David L. Carter, Jr; four sons, Reggie (Christy) Lynch, Kevin Lynch, Micky (Natalie) Lynch, Lance (Brook) Lynch; daughter, JaJuan Lynch; brother, Glen (Agnes) Grant; sisters, Wanda (Wayne) Hatfield, Beth Nastasi, Sharon Williamson, Carol (James) Hood; thirteen (13) grandchildren and four (4) great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by a brother, Ken Grant and sister, Patricia Ham. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Leo Legrand Lynch.
