Timmonsville, SC – James W. Walters, 82, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022.

A graveside service will be Friday, July 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Peniel Baptist Church cemetery.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mr. Walters was born in San Antonio, Texas.  He served his country in the US Air Force.  James was member of Peniel Baptist Church.  He enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family.

James passed away one day short of spending 64 years with his wife, Nellie Cramer Walters; other survivors are two sons, James W. Walters, Jr. (Jim) with wife Darlene Walters, Jeffrey S. Walters (Shawn) with wife Libby,  along with his four grandchildren, Griffin Walters, Zachary Walters, Dylan Walters, Nickolas Walters.

Memorials may be made to Peniel Baptist Church, 4186 Twin Church Road, Timmonsville, SC 29161.
