Harry O. Tedder

Timmonsville- Harry O'Neal Tedder, 66, died Dec. 23, 2014 in a local hospitalafter an illness.

Funeral services will beSaturday, Dec. 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.inthe chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.Interment will follow at Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church, Timmonsville. Visitation will be Fridayevening from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Tedder was born in Florence County, the son of the late Thomas Kellyand Mary Sybil Welch Tedder.He worked in the Florence County Public WorksDept. as a Machine Operator.

Surviving are his wife of 47years, Alma Gaymon Tedder, Timmonsville; three daughters, Wendy (Jody) Medford,Florence,Renee (Ken) Williams, Melissa (Jonathan) Shaw all ofTimmonsville, one brother, George(Betty) Tedder, Timmonsville;three sisters, Ann McGee, Marie Hall, Nancy (Ronnie) Smith all of Timmonsville and threegrandchildren, Savanna and Haley Medford and Justin Shaw.

The family would like to"THANK" all of the following for the care and service given to Mr.Tedder: Lance Lane and the staff of Lifeline Ambulance Service,Dr. John Pittard and his staff and the staff of McLeod Hospital.
