Florence, SC – Harry C.  Sillman, Jr. 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday evening, Feb. 24, 2019.

A memorial service will be Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at The Manor, (Methodist Manor) in Florence.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Harry was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Harry, Sr. and Margaret Miller Sillman.He served his country in the US Coast Guard.  He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Before retirement, he worked for Merck & Company as a Manager for the Pharmaceutical Company.

Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Helen Hartman Sillman; son, Bob (Charlotte) Sillman;  daughter, Susan (Stanley) Hing and two grandchildren, Brandon Hing and Rachel Sillman.
