Greg Calder, 53, passed away on Dec. 1, 2023 in a local hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Hoffmeyer Road Baptist Church, Florence.  Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Calder was born in Horry County.  He worked with Severance Welding Service.  Greg was a member of Hoffmeyer Road Baptist Church.  Outside activities were golfing, football, especially watching the Clemson Tigers and Dallas Cowboys play.

Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Glenda Hudson Calder; three daughters, Elizabeth Pate, Allison Calder and Emma Calder; sister, Belena Davis and his two grandchildren, Raine and Kato.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Davis.
