Florence, SC – Gerry Lee Sears Hood, 78, passed away at her residence on May 4, 2018 after an illness.

A private burial will be in the National Cemetery in Florence, SC.

Born in St. Helena, California, she was the daughter of Leland and Geraldine Sears. She was the owner of a Medical Transcription Service.

Surviving are her husband, Bobby Hood of Florence; a son, Dennis McElroy; a sister, Vicki Smith of California.
