Gary Wayne Ivey,62, of Florence died Sunday, December 3, 2017.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. The family will speak to those attending after the service .

Gary was born in Alamance Co.,NC, the son of Mary Overman Ivey and the late Ernest G. Ivey,Jr.. He was a used car sales manager at Cale Yarborough Honda.

Surviving are his mother of Myrtle Beach, a brother, Tony Ivey of Myrtle Beach and a sister, Teresa Needham of Greensboro, NC.
