Frank Vernon Todd

Timmonsville, SC – Frank Vernon Todd, 84, passed away on Oct. 13, 2018 in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.   Entombment will follow the service.  Visitation will begin at 2:00p.m. at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.

Mr.Todd was born in the Prospect Community of Florence County, the son of the late Hubert B and Sybil Nettles Todd.  He served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.  He was a Conductor with the CSX Railroad for 40 years before retiring.  He was a member of Bay Branch Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife of thirty-one years, Teresita  "Tess" Reyes Todd; two sons, Vernon "Robbie  (Joyce)Todd, Jr. and Mark Todd;  two daughters, Sherrie Bernard and Maura Kafstead; two step-sons, Frank (Skye) Estep and Curtis Estep; one sister, Betty (Randy) Eaddy; three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by a sister, Katie Coker and three brothers, Edward Todd, H.B. Todd, Jr. and Harry Todd.
