Florence- Frances Jordan McDaniel, 77, died Sunday November, 13, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Frances was born in Timmonsville, the daughter of the late Albertus and Helen Morris Jordan. She was a retired security guard.

She was married to the late Robert F. McDaniel.

Surviving are two sons, James H. Jackson, Jr., Leslie A. (Lonna) Jackson all of Florence; three daughters, Kay (Wylie) Taylor, Joan (Bobby) Heffinger, Madison, NC, Jayme (Ray) Powers, Florence; one brother, Jimmy (Betty) Jordan, Texas; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Bob H. Jackson.
